Corporate Governance




The Vontobel Group is committed to responsible, value-oriented corporate management and control. It understands good corporate governance as a central challenge and indispensable prerequisite of achieving strategic corporate goals and creating lasting value for shareholders and all other stakeholders. Key elements of our corporate governance policy are: a clearly defined, well-balanced distribution of competencies between the Board of Directors and Group executive management, the protection and promotion of shareholders' interests and a transparent information policy.
