District Court to deliver its judgment on the PEH case today

As previously announced, the Public Prosecutor's Office III of the Canton of Zurich filed charges against former managers of the Vontobel Group and former officers of Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) with the Zurich District Court due to their involvement in the capital increase of PEH in March 2000 (see press releases issued by the Vontobel Group on 22 November 2009 and 16 December 2009). In the course of the proceedings, the Public Prosecutor's Office also submitted a petition for the recovery of assets from Bank Vontobel AG.

The District Court will deliver its judgment on this matter after 2.00 p.m. today. The Vontobel Group will provide information about the Court's decision as soon as it is known.
