As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in the growth and transformation of Vontobel. Your Opportunity

  • Identify innovative trends on the market and manage Talents pipeline
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Animate and take part to specific events to represent an employer of choice
  • Source passive candidates, encourage curiosity and diversity in the decision process
  • Engage in employer branding and Human Capital projects
  • Identify new sourcing channels, try innovative approaches, and share best practices
  • Create market intelligence content to support strategic decisions

You Bring

  • Several years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist or as a Manager from a Technology company
  • Strong Business Acumen in the Service Sector, curiosity and passion for new trends (Digital assets, Data driven Businesses, innovative financial products…)
  • Experience running agile projects, with demanding stakeholders and complex situations
  • Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
