RFP Specialist - Global Sales

This opening underlines our commitment to the Asian market. We have the ambition to grow our business in Asia and cater to the Asian and Global clients locally from Singapore. You will provide high quality answers to RFPs and DDQs in support of Vontobel Asset Management’s global sales efforts.

Your Challenge

  • Respond to RFPs and DDQs from clients globally, working closely with teams in Zurich and New York
  • Take ownership and manage RFP/DDQ projects end-to-end
  • Generate high quality responses
  • Coordinate answers with subject matter experts across the company
  • Ensure that question and answer database as well as consultant databases are up to date
  • Support development of high quality sales and marketing collateral


Your Qualification

  • Experience in the financial services industry – ideally within Asset Management
  • First-hand RFP experience
  • Can-do attitude and solution-driven
  • Proven client service and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail – numerate with strong proofreading skills
  • CFA or other financial designations (desirable)
  • Languages: English (business fluent); fluency in local languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Japanese or others is advantageous
