Marketing Manager Americas

As Marketing Manager Americas, you are a member of the Global Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing AM. You will work in close collaboration with the North America Sales teams for both Institutional and Partnership channels as well as Latam. You will support the development of our brand recognition in the region and the marketing strategy across all client segments.

Your Challenge

  • Planning & Local Marketing Oversight
    Develop a yearly integrated marketing plan to deliver against North America and Latam business requirements and further develop the AM Customer Experience over all touch points (focus digital channels)
    Manage marketing budget for Americas, tracking engagement throughout the year
    Consistent brand management of the Asset Management division in the Americas in line with Vontobel’s branding strategy and CD/CI guidelines

     
  • Local implementation of global campaigns to maximize impact
    Plan & deliver global campaigns across the mix in the Americas
     
  • Owning and delivering all local marketing initiatives throughout the marketing mix
    Planning and execution of client events & sponsored conferences
    Ownership of local advertising initiatives and local adaptations of global marketing documents to local needs
    E-mailing/Social posting related to Americas specific initiatives
    Development and support of co-marketing initiatives together with distribution partners

     
  • Participation in global marketing projects

 

Your Qualification

  • University degree in business, marketing or communication combined with good knowledge and understanding of the investment world
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communication - preferably in an international Asset Management company
  • Good understanding of institutional and wholesale client requirements (marketing documents, communication style…) - affinity to investment topics
  • High affinity to digital marketing disciplines, tools and data & analytics
  • Entrepreneurial mind set, rationale problem solver with a hands on mentality - high customer and service orientation
  • Working self-sufficiently, ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders- team work spirit required
  • Spanish speaking required
