Performance Marketing Manager 80-100% (Full Time)

We are building up a new top-notch marketing automation team to help Vontobel become a data driven company. Executing like a startup allows us to move quickly and work on the most impactful marketing automation use cases across Asset Management, Investment Banking and Wealth Management. Based in Zurich, you are part of a new team “data driven marketing and automation”.

Your Challenge

  • Development, planning and implementation of performance campaigns for lead generation
  • Implementation of campaigns at corporate level and active support at divisional level
  • Coordination with Business Marketing and Corporate Communication to ensure topic consistency and avoid complementary activities
  • Analysis of the defined, segment-specific customer journeys and their digital touchpoints
  • Continuous optimization of the conversion rate, cross-channel attribution and ROAS (budget allocation)
  • Definition of relevant KPIs and measurement of their performance, including reporting, benchmarking and visualization
  • Definition of targeting and tag management, execution of A/B tests, optimization of customer experience and personalization measures
  • Collaboration on overarching initiatives in marketing automation, employer branding, brand management and customer experience
  • Single point of contact for external media agencies (briefing, challenging services and prices)

Your Qualification

  • University degree with focus on marketing or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience and track record in performance marketing: SEA/SEO, display ads, media buying, RTA/RTB, targeting, paid social media, email marketing, landing pages, tag management
  • Broad experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Journey Management (B2C and B2B), User Profiling, Lead Generation and Lead Scoring
  • Very good understanding of ad-tech environment, DMPs, DSPs and SSPs (e.g. Adform)
  • Working experience with Tag-Manager (e.g. Tealium), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Social Media Management Tools, Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation Tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM-Applications (e.g. Salescloud), Data-Visualization (e.g. Tableau)
  • Strong customer and service orientation with "can do" mentality
  • Knowledge of the financial sector preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
