The People & Organizational Development Team is responsible to design, develop and deploy a comprehen-sive portfolio of high quality training measures for professionals, management and group functions across the company. It also defines and supports the company’s talent management, performance management as well as learning and development strategies. We are looking for a Learning Consultant with direct reporting line to the Head People and Organizational Development in Zurich.

Your Challenge

  • You will manage the end-to-end of (co-) owned existing or new learning solutions
  • You will ensure strategic alignment and if necessary adapting or redesigning content and delivery method
  • You will run need analysis with close collaboration with the HR BPs (and the business)
  • You liaise and cooperate with SMEs and facilitators and Leadership representatives
  • You are savvy in running learning projects of different content and learning methods, meeting milestones and deadlines
  • In addition you bring excellent training/coaching/facilitatione skills to engage in high-impact learning solutions

 

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, psychology, HR, training, instructional design, organizational development or related areas
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar function (training and development) within an international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning concepts, educational design and needs assessment methodology with strong organizational and project management skills
  • You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, including public speaking in front of executives and facilitating senior level teams
