Consumer Marketing Manager, Digital Investing

Your opportunity

  • Lead a data-driven consumer marketing strategy, including the end-state vision of how we use consumer data and insights to drive consumer segmentation, targeting, messaging and campaigns, and how those can be adapted based on market stage
  • Understand and represent the voice of affluent consumers in everything we do to ensure we are offering a product affluent clients love. Identify deep, actionable insights into content preferences, behavior and needs of our clients, across several EU countries.
  • Design and manage robust research plans and consumer insights to answer key business questions and inform marketing and product strategies, as well as go-to-market approaches.
  • Develop and drive successful integrated marketing programs that ladder to business objectives utilising owned, earned and paid media (including but not limited to PR, traditional, digital and social media)
  • Bring big ideas to the table, and inspire others to deliver best in class ideas and plans, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, management and agencies. In partnership ,develop marketing materials, case studies, blog posts, product videos, web page content, event content, and research to support your key messages.
  • Manage top of the funnel value proposition, positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Assess business trends, competition, and opportunities/risks and create plans to address them.
  • Create and own goals and performance metrics for consumer Marketing, incl. continuous monitoring to test effectiveness of our strategy.
  • Close collaboration with sales to identify and support partnerships to drive KPI-driven client growth and awareness, and with Product Management to shape the client experience and product offering.


You bring

  • Deep experience in Consumer / Product Marketing for a high(er)-end consumer brand trageting affluent consumers.
  • You are a strategic and creative thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop concise messaging and marketing programs.
  • Enjoy dealing with high ambiguity, complexity, and broad scope that will be at the epicenter of our initiatives.
  • You have proven to be an excellent collaborator being able to work closely with Sales and Product Management teams.
  • Your sound business judgment is based on data and deep consumer insights. You are used to writing high quality business-driven documents that surface key learnings and provide recommendations for go-forward brand marketing strategies.
  • Passion for the digital world and strong interest in financial services and its products (financial services experience is not required).
  • Knowledge in content marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing und SEO/SEA
  • Working proficiency in English and German
