Global Program Manager for Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)

We are looking for a Global program manager for our Graduate Trainee Program with reporting line to our Head of People and Organizational Development.

In this newly created role, you will create the function, from the design and implementation of the Global Graduate Trainee Program, to the follow up of Graduates developments. You ensure a pipeline of future young talents, a consistent and efficient process, and increased awareness in the market for our GTP and thus a stronger employer branding. 

This is your chance to take ownership of the designing the program, communicate at all levels of the organization, and perform as an Agile program Manager

Your Opportunity

  • Design and implement a global Graduate Trainee Program
    • Design a concept for a global GTP at Vontobel for all Divisions
    • Liaise with senior management at Vontobel (Division heads and COO departments), HR Business Partners, HR Advisor, Talent Acquisition and HR International
    • Design comprehensive global curriculum for graduates
    • Outline program tracks and its development options 
    • Implementation/ role out of global GTP including international tracks
  • Employer Branding / Marketing
    • Strengthen Vontobel’s brand as an attractive employer in the fields of Graduate in close relationship with our Talent Acquisition Team
    • Maintain contact and network with university student networks, use various media channels for communication / branding (e.g. Blog)
    • Re-design internet and intranet pages, LinkedIn etc.
  • Onboarding, development and others
    • Hiring from international universities together with the Talent Acquisition team
    • Design and organization of Graduate events at Vontobel 
    • Manage internal training sessions (e.g. Lunch & Learn) in cooperation with experts from the business and external partners   

You have

Your bring

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field
  • Several years of professional experience working with Graduates and in the set up / designing a graduate trainee program or similar
  • Experience in project management and conceptual work  
  • High affinity with social media / professional in MS Office and strong language skills in German and English
