Strategic Recruiter Wealth Management

The Wealth Management HR is passionate and committed to support the client unit Wealth Manage-ment in their growth and to creating an environment where people can thrive and be successful. Reporting to the Head of HR Wealth Management (WM), you will provide profound recruitment advice to Line Managers, build up a strategic sourcing for WM Relationship Managers and recruit Relationship Managers, along our global HR and WM strategy.

Your opportunity

  • Together with the Head HR Wealth Management you provide professional, efficient and strategic recruitment advice to the management of the Wealth Management (WM) client unit
  • Build up a strategic sourcing for Relationship Managers and document all sourcing activities
  • Animate a network of prospect Relationship Managers, share market intelligence with WM management teams and be ahead of any acquisition opportunity
  • Manage and provide creative and pragmatic support the WM recruitment activities (incl. pipeline management, vendor management, data & analytics etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise, ensuring that every task you deliver to your clients is of premium quality
  • Generate and present insightful HR recruiting data and reports to support business decisions


 

 

You bring

  • At least 4 years’ experience within HR as a recruitment specialist in the financial industry with proof of a track record in recruiting Relationship Managers
  • Knowledge of the Swiss and international Wealth Management market and a proven experience in sourcing
  • Banking apprenticeship or studies in economics or similar
  • German native speaker with business-level proficiency in English, both oral and written. Any other language, such as French, Italian, Spanish etc is an advantage
  • Excellent expertise with Microsoft Office (incl Excel, Powerpoint) is a must; Recruiting specific tools, such as experience with Workday, is an advantage
