For our location in Lugano, we are looking for a Reception & Cash Services 100% employee with immediate effect.

Your opportunity

  • Providing a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors and clients
  • Preparing the meeting room allocation on a daily base
  • Serving the clients with beverages during their meeting
  • Taking orders for culinary breaks to the external caterers and restaurants
  • Answering all incoming phone calls and E-Mails in the reception Inbox and distribute them accordingly
  • Organizing and delivering the internal mail
  • Providing a well maintained and clean Reception area
  • Provide a cash desk service that includes all transaction efficiently and to the whole satisfaction of our Company
  • Manage and administer the Security safe
  • Manage and administer the bank and customer treasury
  • Personal advice in relation to all transactions like withdrawls, deposits, BBCA trade, gold and coins
  • Sale and complete management of Safe Services
  • Customers Treasury Management
  • Safe Key Management, including those left on deposit by counterparties
  • Daily control of cash holdings

 

You bring

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the service or financial sector
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent Swiss German, German, as well as good English, French or Italian skills (spoken and written); other languages ​​are an advantage
  • Good PC user skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Customer-oriented attitude, high service orientation and willingness to provide service
  • Very good organizational skills, independent and precise way of working, impeccable and discrete manners and empathy
