Your opportunity

  • Provide a high level of service related to investment funds to all internal and external clients and stakeholders involved in Product Management topics and in particular, those related to project management, life cycle management, relationship management and market intelligence.

  • Project management for the entire life cycle management of investment funds.

  • Act as "single point of entry“ for all kind of product management related topics covering the investment funds mainly of Raiffeisen and Wealth Management and also for our own Vontobel funds.

  • Ensuring that the product range fits for purpose in terms of client expectations, pricing, profitability and the prevailing regulatory landscape.

  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of market and industry trends and regulation and assessing their impact on the existing product set.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the asset management industry, preferably in a product management of investment funds or a client-facing role. Experience in investment fund business, innovating new investment funds, repositioning of existing investment funds, product range management.

  • The person must be comfortable interacting with external clients, senior portfolio managers and with colleagues from legal, marketing, risk and operations teams.

  • Good and broad understanding of the investment fund business (e.g. product management, Fund administration, prospectus and KIIDs …) and specifically of Luxembourg and Swiss fund law.

  • Dedicated team player who is energetic and self-motivated, with high service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude.

  • Strong organisational skills are essential for this role, as you will need to be capable of managing multiple initiatives and prioritising workload appropriately.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.

  • Fluent in German and English in word and writing; any additional language is a considered as an asset.
