However, if you are not able to reach an amicable solution with Vontobel through this process, you can contact the Swiss Banking Ombudsman. This is the Ombudsman service responsible for complaints against Vontobel in Switzerland, and it is a neutral information and mediation agency.

Vontobel does not accept orders for business activities such as account openings, payment or stock exchange orders, revocation of orders or authorizations, blocking of credit cards, changes of address, etc. via this form.
