Michel Roserens appointed the new Head of Investor Relations at Vontobel

 

After holding various management positions at Vontobel since 2008, Michel Roserens has been appointed as the new Head of Investor Relations, effective 1 December 2014. Susanne Borer will act as his Deputy and support him in his new role.

 

Michel Roserens, aged 38, joined Vontobel in 2008 after performing a number of functions in the area of consulting and in the finance industry – bringing with him international experience. He has headed the Group-wide Controlling function at Vontobel since 2012. Michel Roserens holds a degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Lausanne and the Swiss Finance Institute/University of Berne. The current Head of Investor Relations, Susanne Borer, has decided to reduce her role and will now act as Deputy to Michel Roserens.

This succession solution will ensure a high degree of continuity in our professional investor relations activities", stated Vontobel’s Chief Financial Officer Martin Sieg Castagnola.
