Vontobel launches first digital platform covering corporate finance themes

Vontobel has launched Switzerland’s first digital platform covering corporate finance themes. The knowledge platform will offer people interested in the field timely and systematic access to information on recent transactions on the Swiss equity capital market and on public takeover offers.
Vontobel Corporate Finance will use the new portal to provide relevant market data and commentaries, facts and figures, and opinions on corporate finance. One of the core elements will be up-to-date information from the MarketCap Report, which was previously published in print form on an annual basis. As well as articles by Vontobel’s own experts, there will also be selected third-party content from external specialists on current regulatory issues.
Digitalization of the data now enables visitors to filter information and use interactive charts to analyze previously static data. The addition of further useful content will deliver added value for those interested in the field.
