Your Challenge

Our Brand Management team is looking for an ambitious Senior Brand Strategist with an agency/consultancy background and a proven track record in creating exceptional brands and client experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with passion and drive, a client-centric and solution-focused mindset, whose expertise spans strategy, culture and brand experience.

We will give you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and creative work environment, and naturally take on a leadership role without formal management responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with our Brand and Client Experience specialists, Content and Data & Automation teams and business partners to develop and run programs that will grow our award-winning brand. In your role, you will report directly to the Head of Brand Management.


  • Assessing our brand’s status and initiating, managing and implementing brand innovation programs and transformation processes based on our brand strategy and vision
  • Leading and developing brand areas such as employer/internal branding and brand storytelling and converting these into compelling multi-channel brand experiences that contribute to our CX efforts
  • Supporting our businesses in brand-related matters
  • Crafting content for various brand areas
  • Conducting market research and analysis to forecast brand trends and building and managing a brand measurement framework for our key markets
  • Carrying out brand and tone of voice training for our employees and agencies


Your Qualification

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position – ideally with international experience in a variety of industries (including the financial sector) and B2B, B2B4C or B2C brands
  • Degree in economics, journalism or communications, or branding, marketing or similar
  • Excellent understanding of all branding deliverables and associated disciplines such as brand positioning, architecture, messaging, research, brand experience and brand measurement
  • Visionary, innovative, enthusiastic and structured thinker with dedication and a tenacious spirit
  • Passion for brands, brand processes and their implementation
  • Outstanding communicator and presenter with great instincts for creating and telling a captivating story
  • Excellent skills when it comes to leading workshops, driving implementation and creating impact
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; Italian and French skills an advantage
