Vontobel appoints new Head of Fixed Income Boutique

Andrew Jackson will join Vontobel as Head of the firm’s Fixed Income Boutique on 22nd January 2024. He takes over from Simon Lue-Fong, who is retiring after a distinguished 30-year investment career. 

Andrew has more than 20 years of experience as a fixed income investor, managing assets across the entire range of the fixed income, including corporate bonds, high yield and private credit. Formerly Head of Fixed Income at Credit Suisse Asset Management, he has also held other key positions, including Head of Fixed Income and Multi Asset at Federated Hermes International and Chief Investment Officer at Cairn Capital, a specialised fixed income boutique.

With CHF 18 billion in assets under management1, Vontobel’s Fixed Income Boutique was founded more than 30 years ago and has grown to 39 investment professionals based in Zurich, New York, Miami and Hong Kong. Its offer includes corporate, emerging markets, global and Swiss bonds as well as tailored investment solutions in Swiss and global bonds. The boutique is one of Vontobel’s two fixed income specialists, providing investors with a variety of actively managed fixed income investment strategies.
