Within our Asset Management Quantitative Engineering team in the Technology & Services division we are looking for a talented and motivated Quantitative Software Engineer who enjoys developing modern data-driven applications, sharing new ideas, and is keen on always driving continuous improvement.

What would your role be?

  • Design, implement, and test modern data processing and analytics applications
  • Collaborate closely with other teams and business in an agile environment
  • Ensure robustness and performance of our applications
  • Drive change and positive impact by bringing your vision to life

What are we looking for?

  • Master's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Rust and/or the .NET technology stack, data processing and analytics tools (frameworks, tooling; Rust, F#, Python, SQL)
  • Experience in implementing quantitative models and conducting analysis
  • API design and service integration skills
  • Ability to build scalable and robust solutions, focus on correctness, data quality, observability, and performance
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools and development best practices (Git, IDEs, code reviews, CI/CD)
  • Proven track record of managing projects and initiatives and building successful products
  • Good communicator and strong team player who enjoys sharing ideas
