Over 6 months, starting on March 1, 2026, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.

What would your role be? 


As part of the internship, you will: 

1.             Client Service: Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and data analysis projects. Assist with client data verification tasks to ensure data quality. Identify recurring client service issues and propose process improvements.

2.             Sales Support: Support the US Institutional Sales team in lead generation, market research, and the development of sales materials. Help track sales client engagement metrics and near-term action plans based on meeting notes. Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.

3.             Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry reports to support strategic decision making. Present findings to the team to provide recommendations and findings.

4.             Product Management / On-boarding: Assist in the preparation of product-related reports and documentation and note any gaps; Support ad-hoc Product Management projects such as the enhancement of internal repository of resources. Develop support documents for sales teams. Assist with onboarding new client accounts and support process & documentation workflow.

5.             Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams as required to ensure alignment globally. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.

What are we looking for? 


We’re seeking highly motivated students with: 

  • Academic background: Students pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar degree. 
  • Passion for finance: A genuine interest in the financial sector and a drive to make an impact. 
  • Mindset: Independent, responsible, strong initiative and resourcefulness and eagerness to learn. Demonstrated problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Skillset: Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and comfort working with financial data. Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic and Jira a plus.
  • Team spirit: Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities; able to express ideas effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The candidate is expected to be available to work in-person throughout the duration of the program.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a plus.

  • Paid internship: we offer standardized salary for all early career interns with an hourly rate of $45 based upon experience, qualifications, and education.

  • Internship applications will only be accepted through October 31, 2025.
  • To be eligible for in this internship program based in NY, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, this program is not available to those authorized to work under optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
