Senior AI Platform Engineer – Microsoft AI Stack (80-100%)

What would your role be?
Build and operate a secure, enterprise-grade agentic engineering platform across the Microsoft AI Stack (Microsoft 365 + Azure).
Establish reusable platform capabilities for internal teams, including standardized development environments, secure identity and networking patterns, governance guardrails, and production-ready observability.
Enable teams to deliver and scale agentic AI solutions efficiently in a regulated banking environment, using Microsoft AI Foundry, Fabric, and Power Platform.
Shape how teams build, deploy, and run agentic AI solutions across low-code and pro-code lifecycles, and contribute to Microsoft-aligned roadmap discussions (e.g., Foundry IQ sessions).
What are we looking for?
Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, ideally with at least 5 years of professional experience in platform engineering, application engineering, or AI/ML engineering.
Hands-on experience across the Microsoft AI Stack (Microsoft 365 + Azure), with strong depth in Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Strong DevOps/MLOps skills (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, monitoring/alerting) to run AI platform capabilities reliably in production.
Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
