An opportunity has arisen within TwentyFour Asset Management LLP (“TwentyFour”), an award-winning fixed income boutique of the Switzerland-based Vontobel Group, for a Business Development Support role focusing on RFPs and DDQs.

The position will be based at TwentyFour’s office in the City of London, with hybrid working in place to reflect how our people work best.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the completion of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, working closely with subject matter experts to source quality data required for completion
  • Responsibility for content quality, running complex projects individually as well as balancing priorities within a busy team
  • Defining, scoping and monitoring projects to include outputs, timescales and resources needed for success
  • Completion of monthly and quarterly tasks, to include client specific reports
  • Working on ad-hoc queries received, both internally and externally, liaising with appropriate teams for resolution
  • Working closely with the Head of Business Development Support to improve ongoing processes and ensure ongoing accurate and engaging content.

Requirements

The role sits within our dynamic and lively business development team.  As a mid-sized firm with a flat structure, the learning opportunities from working with highly experienced business development individuals are huge.

  • 5+ years of writing RFPs experience
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for working as part of a client-oriented team
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality content produced meets timescales set
  • Quality focused; able to run projects individually as well as balancing team priorities
  • Good understanding of financial markets and Fixed Income
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint
