Join our Technology On-Site team in Zurich, where we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

What would your role be?

  • Provide technical support for hardware infrastructure and software applications in end-user environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while offering guidance to internal clients across national and international locations.

  • Manage and resolve tickets as part of Incident and Service Request Management processes.

  • Assist in preparing IT equipment according to predefined workplace requirements.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of multimedia installations in meeting rooms.

  • Actively participate in employee workstation relocations, primarily in Zurich.

  • Contribute to hardware lifecycle and inventory management processes.

  • Ensure the availability and distribution of end-user IT materials globally, including inventory management.

  • Collaborate on IT projects, rollouts, and operational tasks.

  • Provide multimedia support for technical event management.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed apprenticeship in IT or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong experience in IT support, ideally within the financial services industry.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows client environments and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Windows 11 and M365.

  • Knowledge of networking, IP telephony, and printing systems.

  • Familiarity with multimedia and conferencing systems used for presentations and virtual meetings.

  • Flexibility to work outside regular service hours when needed and willingness to travel for short-term assignments at national and international offices.

  • A service-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • A motivated, trustworthy, and dependable team player who can also work effectively independently.

  • Fluent in German and English; conversational French or any other language would be an advantage
