Senior Internal Auditor / Audit Manager (80-100%)

Internal Audit provides independent assurance services to the Board of Directors and Senior Management. We are a senior team of experienced auditors and subject matter experts who assess risk and validate the effectiveness of mitigating controls. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced audit professional with the attitude and willingness to continuously learn and become familiar with new and challenging regulatory issues.

What would your role be?

Assurance provider in a dynamic, international company.
Management of audit engagements as lead auditor.
Contribute to proactive risk management.
Develop integrated views using your professional and regulatory expertise and reconcile them with specialists.
Motivation to derive new insights in a data-based world.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Ability to judge and communicate complex regulatory issues in a comprehensible manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Higher education. Professional audit certification or willingness to obtain one (e.g., (Swiss) CPA, CIA, CISA) is an advantage.
Relevant work experience in the financial industry and/or in internal or external audit (at least 5 years).
Experience in applying data-analytics and generative AI Models is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, ideally in English and German.
Tenacious, self-directed, committed and accountable individual who excels in a team environment.
