Trader Trackers & Strategies

Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Trader to join our leading and highly-automated Trackers and Strategies global platform, managing a multi-billion franchise and contributing to the development of new leveraged solutions and Quantitative Investment Strategies.

The role combines trading, market-making, risk management and innovation supported by technical development around our tracker products and actively managed certificates.

You will also deal with strategies of structured products and a large advisory force and client base, internal and external.

What are we looking for?

Be part of Vontobel’s growing symmetric derivatives business.
Manage delta 1 products such as active and dynamic Tracker Certificates and Actively Managed Certificates throughout their lifecycle.
Oversee risk management in our market-making books.
Execute and manage rebalance orders for Actively Managed Certificates.
Perform market-making for Tracker Certificates and Actively Managed Certificates.
Contribute to the development of the next-generation tracker and actively managed certificate platform.
Support the creation of new product lines and innovative solutions.
Manage product demands from our global distribution units in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Switzerland

What are we looking for?

A strong financial background with a degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
A related technical degree and/or education (e.g., Python/Scala, Data Science, Big Data, or similar) is key.
Technical experience in a quantitative or financial environment (e.g., programming, system architecture, or similar).
Ability to work in a highly technical environment, including troubleshooting and performing technical analysis.
Experience in multi-asset trading, execution, or risk management of structured products.
Familiarity with Tracker Certificates and/or Actively Managed Certificates is a strong plus.
A suitable junior-level profile with a willingness to grow and develop in a dynamic role is encouraged to apply.
