Exotic Derivatives Trader

What would your role be? 

• Manage and oversee risk across our exotic trading books, actively driving P&L through disciplined positioning
• Execute and manage trading strategies on complex exotic structures, ensuring efficient hedging and risk allocation
• Ensure robust, consistent pricing and marking standards
• Deliver high-quality execution and responsiveness to internal stakeholders and clients
• Play a key role in growing the business, identifying opportunities to expand product offering, flows, and client activity, working with colleagues across all continents
• Actively contribute to the scaling of the franchise, supported by strong internal resources
• Work closely with Sales, Structuring, and Technology to enhance trading capabilities

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong trading profile with a clear risk-taking mindset and growth ambition:

• A strong financial background with a degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in exotic derivatives trading within a competitive environment
• Quantitative and risk-focused mindset, with a clear approach to managing books and generating performance
• Precision and strong attention to detail
• Ability to combine trading discipline with commercial awareness, identifying and capturing growth opportunities
• Programming background or Python expertise with experience in a financial environment
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with experience contributing to franchise development, platform evolution, or expansion initiatives
• Savvy about all asset classes and market developments and ability to position accordingly
• Experience in AQDQ and/or FX is a plus
