Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland to conduct its second capital increase

The second capital increase by Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland begins on October 25, 2018. The proceeds of about CHF 75 million will be used to expand its high-quality portfolio of currently around CHF 230 million further. In particular, the fund intends to finance already authenticated purchases of residential properties in the Cantons of Zurich and Valais.
