IT Governance Risk & Compliance Expert (80%-100%)

What would your role be?

As part of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (IT GRC) team you will be establishing and managing the company's IT GRC programs to ensure that the company's information systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, across multiple audit areas, legal entities, divisions or jurisdictions, including:

• Auditing information technology infrastructure, data flows/processes, and operating procedures in accordance with established standards for efficiency, accuracy, security and risk mitigation
• Interpreting regulations as they pertain to information systems, platforms, and IT operating processes, practices and procedures
• Determining and recommending improvements to current risk management controls
• Revising controls for new or modified computer applications to prevent calculation errors, data loss, among others

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years professional experience including IT audit, IT risk management, IT security, IT governance and / or similar compliance functions
• Understanding of IT architecture, IT Frameworks, IT processes, IT control standards, trends and practices
• Familiar with relevant technology related laws incl. regulatory requirements like FINMA Circulars and DORA
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good level of English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
