Are you a highly motivated Investment Advisor with strong organization skills who is looking to join a team that will value strategic thinking and ownership of several different tasks?
For our Investment Advisors team, we are looking for a new member who will bring a wealth of experience and a team-work mindset to help grow the business.
The ideal candidate would be based for 3 days a week in Lugano and travel for 2 days a week to our headquarters in Zurich.

What Would Your Role Be?

  • Provide high quality tailor-made investment advice to UHNWI clients and sophisticated private clients across all the asset classes and different markets
  • Manage and growth a book of advisory direct clients
  • Ongoing monitoring of advisory portfolios (risk budget, performance, asset allocation), providing frequent proactive investment ideas to clients. 
  • Regular generation and production of investment proposals, investment ideas and solutions for advisory clients within Private Clients.
  • Presentation of market views, investment strategy and investment ideas for relationship managers, clients and prospects
  • Preparation of and participation to client pitches
  • Contribution to the continuous development of the investment offering
  • Contribution to strategic projects within the department 

What Are We Looking For?

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in finance, with focus on direct client holistic investment advisory
  • Very good knowledge of macroeconomics, and investment strategy
  • Proven excellent knowledge of all asset classes
  • Strong technical analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English, Spanish and German are an asset
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to talk in front of a broad audience
  • Highly motivated team player, with strong organization skills, strategic thinking and willingness to take ownership on several tasks
  • Flexible, proactive, open minded attitude, charismatic person with natural seniority and a strong desire to deliver excellence.
  • Proficiency in executing all type of client orders under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance tools (Bloomberg, Factset is an asset)
