Senior HR Business Partner (80–100%)
Zürich / Gotthardstrasse 44In this key position, reporting to the Head of HR Centers of Excellence, you will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to senior business leaders in our corporate functions. You’ll drive people strategies, organizational health, and performance excellence, while playing a pivotal role in talent and leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
This is a highly collaborative, business-focused HR role with broad exposure and impact.
What Would Your Role Be?
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior leadership, driving the people agenda across your business area.
- Shape and implement talent management, performance, compensation, diversity & inclusion, and cultural initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Partner in the recruitment of senior and critical roles with the Talent Acquisition team and act as a talent broker, promoting internal mobility and succession planning.
- Lead employee lifecycle activities including investigations, separations, and critical employee relations topics with professionalism and respect.
- Drive and facilitate year-end HR processes (performance, promotions, compensation, and People Days).
- Provide insights into organizational health metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, diversity) to support decision-making with data.
- Coach leaders and teams on values, culture, team effectiveness, and leadership excellence.
- Actively co-lead organizational change efforts and transformation initiatives.
- Act as a deputy to the Head of HR Centers of Excellence and drive key projects across the HR team.
What Are We Looking For?
- 10+ years’ experience in senior HR Business Partner roles, preferably supporting corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, Audit or similar.
- Deep knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and HR strategy development.
- Experience influencing and coaching C-level stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to guide decisions and drive improvements.
- Resilient, results-driven, empathetic, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); German fluency is an added value.
