SAP Concur Travel & Expense Specialist (80-100%)
Zürich / Gotthardstrasse 44In your role, you will bring a strong technical background in SAP Concur, combined with a deep understanding of travel and expense processes, policies, and systems. You will focus on both operational excellence and continuous improvement in delivering Travel & Expense services.
What would your role be?
- Maintain and enhance SAP Concur’s functionality, ensuring data integrity, smooth delivery of services, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline Travel & Expense processes, integrating SAP Concur with other systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Design, build, and maintain a robust reporting and compliance framework within SAP Concur, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
- Provide technical expertise to support daily Travel & Expense operations, including troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and addressing complex inquiries from employees and line managers.
- Lead or contribute to Travel & Expense-related technical projects, such as system upgrades, corporate credit card integrations, and local initiatives.
- Manage and continuously improve the Travel & Expense ticketing system, ensuring effective resolution tracking and a well-maintained knowledge database.
- Implement system improvements and enhancements to strengthen reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Concur’s travel and expense platform.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation within SAP Concur and related tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or system-focused role within an international organization, ideally in a Travel & Expense service center or IT environment.
- Deep knowledge of Travel & Expense workflows, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented, autonomous, and proactive approach to driving improvements.
