Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2026, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry and in a tech-driven HR while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm. 

What would your role be? 
As part of the internship, you will: 

  • Support the Client Lifecycle Management process by assisting in account openings, KYC and periodic reviews, and PEP / adverse media screenings.
  • Contribute to AML and Sanctions investigations, including the review of alerts and escalation of potential hits.
  • Assist in Transaction Monitoring, helping to identify, analyze, and document unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Prepare or support suspicious activity reports (SARs) and contribute to the documentation of findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AML procedures and internal controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing Compliance and FCC projects, including system enhancements, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, and Front Office functions to resolve complex cases and strengthen the control environment.
  • Learn from industry professionals through mentoring, workshops, and networking sessions.

What are we looking for? 

We’re seeking highly motivated students with:  

  •   Academic background: Master’s students/graduated with a max of 2 years experience (focused on technology, finance, or related fields).   

  • Interest in Compliance: Genuine curiosity for AML, Sanctions, and Financial Crime topics and how they protect financial integrity. 

  • Mindset: Independent, responsible, and eager to learn.  

  • Team spirit: A collaborative approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.  

  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.  

  • Important to know: you need to hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying for.
