Service Hub/E-Banking Service-Line Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our E-Banking Support Service Line Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support for our e-banking services while assisting clients with their inquiries.
What would your role be?
- Guide clients through the e-banking enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.
 - Address specific client questions related to e-banking functionalities, such as password resets, transaction inquiries, and account access issues.
 - Investigate and resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
 - Work closely with the IT department to identify and report system bugs and technical issues affecting client experience.
 - Collaborate with fellow team members to share knowledge and best practices for client support.
 - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and service improvements.
 - Identify opportunities to enhance the client support experience and suggest process improvements.
 - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to e-banking.
 
What are we looking for?
- Completed banking apprenticeship with 2-3 years of relevant support experience, preferably in client-facing roles (e.g., e-banking support or as a traditional Front-Office Assistant).
 - Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for engaging with clients, consistently delivering on Vontobel's Client Experience Standards.
 - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a hands-on approach; a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
 - The position requires your presence at our Zurich offices, where you will collaborate closely with team members and contribute to a dynamic, hands-on work environment.
 - Fluent in both German (C2) and English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
