As a Business Engineer – Quality & Rollout Management you are a key part of our dynamic e-banking team. In this role, you ensure that our digital products not only work flawlessly but also reach our clients smoothly. You are the key to quality assurance and the successful rollout of new features and products that excite our customers.

What would your role be?

Rollout Management: 

  • Coordinate all involved departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Client Service) during the rollout of new products or features. 

  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare rollout materials such as FAQs, factsheets and client brochures to support the introduction of new features.

  • Organize and deliver training sessions for employees.

  • Continuously optimize rollout processes based on feedback and lessons learned.

Quality Management: 

  • Design, develop and implement  a test concept (including test plans and test strategies). 

  • Plan, organize and manage all testing activities within the e-banking team and beyond. 

  • Create comprehensive test cases based on acceptance criteria and user stories. 

  • Execute and monitor various test types (such as functional, integration, and usability testing) and tracking defect resolution. 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in quality and rollout management, ideally in banking; e-banking testing experience is a plus.

  • Hands-on with BDD, Jira Xray, Playwright, and Confluence.

  • Track record of introducing and communicating digital products or features, ideally in e-banking.

  • Strong grasp of digital products, client needs, and underlying technologies (web, app, API).

  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive in challenging situations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop structured solutions.

  • Clear communicator, able to adapt complex topics to different audiences.

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Team player with the ability to foster collaboration across disciplines.
