Based in our Brickell, Miami office, you'll leverage your bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and strong organizational skills to support multiple priorities. With 0-3 years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to build relationships, manage key tasks, and deliver exceptional service while working with a dedicated team.

In the capacity as Client Services Support, the role will focus on the provision of support and project work as assigned.

  • Ability to support multiple individuals simultaneously manage priorities, and deliver with appropriate timelines
  • Support team members in their tasks related to client account management
  • Summarize client activity and upload information into Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor, track, and report capital inflows
  • Assist with coordinating events including setup of booths and mailing materials and promotional items
  • Ensure preparedness for client meetings (e.g. assemble meeting materials, assist with PowerPoint presentations)
  • Organize roadshows, client events, conferences, and travel abroad in multiple calendars
  • Numerous ad hoc projects and requests
  • Have strong initiative and follow-up with focus on details

The Client Services Support must have professional qualifications and be dedicated, extremely flexible, and resilient. Candidate must be very independent and work in a well-structured way, completing the tasks in a professional fashion.  The candidate must be a very committed, loyal, and trustworthy individual with solid interpersonal skills while possessing a team-orientation and contributing to maintaining a pleasant working environment.

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to be present for work in Brickell, Miami office
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with digital communication tools (Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude, a high level of productivity.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize, pro-actively work independently and collaboratively with other employees, across organizational levels, functions and supports business needs across different time.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
