Senior HR Operations Specialist
Zürich / Gotthardstrasse 44In this role, you will support the Vontobel day-to-day business across all business divisions, often being the very first touch point for employees’ requests, in Switzerland and other various international locations.
What would your role be?
Answer inquiries from employees and line managers around HR services, policies and systems providing timely responses
Maintain employee data and e-files in our HR System (Workday)
Focus on daily HR operation processes and delivery of HR services including correspondence with employees, line mangers and employment authorities
Share knowledge and experiences with team members and across HR, contribute to knowledge base
Maintain HR Ticketing System and continuously improve its knowledge database
Support in HR Projects, local initiatives and in special tasks such as register of commerce maintenance
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial/professional role within an international organization; experience in an international HR organization/ HR service center is an advantage
Understanding of Swiss HR processes, tools and labour laws
HR education such as certified HR Specialist with federal diploma of higher education or HR Assistant (“Personalassistent/-in”) is an asset
High IT and process affinity (good MS Office skills and knowledge of a major HCM system such as Workday)
Excellent command of written and spoken English and German; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
Strong analytical and communication skills, high customer orientation, autonomy, positive team spirit
Financial service experience will be considered a strong asset
