Our Finance & Risk division is seeking a proactive Finance Operations Specialist who will work in close collaboration with the F&R controlling team to support the operational processes.
What would your role be?
- Work closely with the Finance & Risk Controlling supporting the "month-end closing" finance process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
- Participate in generating and distributing financial and management reports in a timely manner.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Continuously improve our existing set of reports to increase the informational value of the output generated.
What are we looking for?
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or similar applied quantitative sciences with a maximum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Young professional with distinct service / customer orientation and able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of the EOM processes and financial statements
- Willing to take full ownership of your work and engage in a changing and flexible environment, with the ability to question the status quo and take feedback.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
