Product & Sustainability Specialist (80-100%)

Join our Global Products & Solutions team in Zurich and help drive the evolution of sustainable investment capabilities across a diverse range of asset classes and business areas

What would your role be?

Drive the development and enhancement of sustainable investment products and solutions.
Advise product and investment teams on sustainability integration across asset classes and investment styles.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and governance frameworks, structures and documents.
Establish and maintain sustainability standards, methodologies, data principles, and governance frameworks, ensuring the effective management and use of sustainability-related data.
Lead and support sustainability-related projects from concept through implementation and execution.

What are we looking for?

Strong product expertise in sustainable investing and sustainability-related topics.
Deep understanding of SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, AMAS Self-Regulation and further Sustainability related regulations is a plus.
Analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to structure complex topics effectively.
Collaborative personality with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
University degree in finance, economics, sustainability or a related discipline.
Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
