This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, business support, and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in managing end-to-end interview logistics, supporting candidates and hiring teams, and also contribute to broader team operations and projects that keep our function effective and scalable.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple locations / time zones and communication for candidates and interviewers
- Own the administration of our HR System (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes
- Take responsibility for the Business Management in the Recruiting Team with a focus on data & analytics, project management and candidate experience
- Apply business management principles to streamline workflows, track key KPIs, and support budget/resource planning for recruiting activities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging operational data to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR operations, or business support role
- Structured, pro-active personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and a solution / client-oriented mindset
- Passion for improving candidate experience and driving operational excellence in recruiting
