Workday HCM Specialist

What would your role be?

As a Workday Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our global HR technology landscape. Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will ensure our Workday platform delivers an efficient, scalable, and user-centric employee experience.

This role combine system expertise, business partnership, and continuous improvement.

• Own and continuously improve Workday Core HCM and related modules, including Time & Absence and Recruiting.
• Configure and optimize global business processes, organizational structures, security roles and data quality to simplify and automate HR processes and improve user experience.
• Support Workday releases, including impact assessment, testing, documentation and deployment.
• Contribute to the evolution of our HR technology landscape through Workday, automation and AI.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, in-house or consulting.
• Strong configuration expertise in Workday Core HCM and good understanding of HR processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proactive, self-driven and collaborative working style.
• Experience with Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields, Compensation, Integrations or Workday Extend is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Experience in a regulated environment, such as financial services, is beneficial.
