What would your role be?

• Lead a team of EAM Relationship Managers, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Increase the growth potential of External Asset Managers with their private clients and lead a sales culture with effective prospecting, sales, and acquisition process.
• Develop a culture of collaboration and exchange of best practices and information to expand on our success.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines with regards to compliance, ICS, and transactions.

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry covering external asset managers in an international cross-border context. Apart from the US an added value are markets such as South Africa, UK, Germany and Dubai (DIFC)
• A previous track record in developing a client portfolio with an acknowledged reputation and expertise on the market.
• Proven track record in successfully developing a business with External Asset Managers.
• Previous experience designing and executing Business Development strategies.
• Previous experience leading teams of profit makers in an international environment.
• Great communication skills in English and German, additional languages would be an advantage.
