What would your role be?

  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and clients
  • Manage reception operations, including meeting room coordination, calls, emails, and internal mail distribution
  • Support client meetings and internal/external client events as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is well maintained, organized, and representative of the company
  • Provide cash desk services, handling transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Manage cash holdings, security safe, and treasury-related activities, ensuring compliance and daily controls
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting and business travel arrangements

What are we looking for?

  • Completed professional training in hospitality, services, or a comparable field, ideally within a high-end or financial services environment
  • Several years of experience in reception, client-facing, or telephone services, preferably in an international banking or corporate setting
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Confident PC user with solid knowledge of MS Office and modern communication tools
  • Highly service-oriented, reliable, and discreet, with a professional appearance and manner
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and precise approach to work
  • Resilient team player with diplomatic skills, able to handle demanding clients and adapt flexibly across locations when required
