Become a key player within a high-visibility program to implement modern cloud based communication and collaboration services to further drive the digitalization of our company (keywords: modern workplace, digital collaboration, M365).

​What would your role be?

  • Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Teams Phone to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the global organization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their collaboration needs and configure Teams Phone accordingly
  • Collaborate with development departments to integrate Microsoft Teams Phone with other business applications and tools
  • Customize and enhance Teams Phone functionality to meet specific business requirements
  • Monitor the performance of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Phone to proactively address issues
  • Harness your practical knowledge in communication engineering

What are we looking for?

  • Good level of English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
  • University degree/higher education in information technology or comparable work experience (e.g. Microsoft Certification)
  • Proficient understanding of IT disciplines and principles (e.g., service architecture, cloud services, etc.)
  • Specialized knowledge in collaboration tools with emphasis on Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Optional experience with legacy phone systems, preferably Alcatel
  • Team-player with can-do attitude
