Strong recruiting experience, preferably in Technology and Legal & Compliance
Lead and process full recruiting cycle in collaboration with hiring managers
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders and be influential in the decision making processes
Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents and ensure a diverse pool of candidates, also via direct sourcing
Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting journey and provide a best-in-class candidate experience based on Vontobel’s hiring standards and processes
Attend and present Vontobel at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainings
What are we looking for?
At least 5 years’ of experience as a Recruiting- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organization
Advantage to have experience in the financial, consulting or tech industry
Dynamic personality with a positive and team-oriented mindset
An open and winning communicator with high standards in delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
Fluent in German and English
