Vontobel ICRC Fundraiser 2025: restoring hope

Since 2005, Vontobel and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have partnered to assist those affected by armed conflict and other violence. This year’s campaign focuses on life’s simplest yet most essential actions: restoring mobility and providing access to clean water. These critical needs remain out of reach for many communities working to rebuild after conflict.
With the funds raised through this internal fundraising campaign the ICRC will, among other activities*:
- Restore mobility and independence for people injured in conflict or living with disabilities by supporting their return to school, work, and community life.
- Deliver world-class rehabilitation care through prosthetics, orthotics, and physiotherapy.
- Strengthen local expertise by training new clinicians and ensuring sustainable care.
- Build or repair clean water systems – wells, purification, piping – so families can drink safe water.
- Strengthen water infrastructure that enables food systems and safeguards community health.
- Create lasting impact – from emergency response to long-term recovery.
As with every year, Vontobel matches every employee donation.
