Investment Product Management Specialist
Zürich / Gotthardstrasse 43Join our Investment Product Management team as we continue to build and maintain a best-in-class investment product shelf for our private wealth clients. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the product lifecycle: from maintaining our shelf and conducting comparisons, coordinating product launches and creating product innovation, to preparing materials and managing investment communication dispatches. This is an opportunity to work in a close-knit, collaborative team where consistency, structure, and reliability are valued. You’ll contribute meaningfully to the day-to-day functioning of the team and gain deep exposure to investment products in a supportive environment.
What would your role be?
- Support the maintenance of the product shelf, product innovation and product lifecycle events (launches, closures, changes)
- Prepare product-related materials and conduct product comparisons
- Use tools like Powerpoint and Excel to support reporting and analysis
- Handle day-to-day tasks (data updates, meetings, investment communication)
- Assist the team in delivering project-related work
- Learn the product landscape (funds, mandates, certificates), processes and internal systems to take more independent responsibility in the long term
What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to investment products, consulting, or business analysis
- Prior experience in Wealth Management / Private Clients as well as knowledge of Wealth Management processes are considered a strong plus
- A disciplined, hands-on mindset and a willingness to take ownership of essential day-to-day tasks
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen eye for presenting content clearly and professionally
- Ability and interest to use Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
- Proficiency in German and English, with either Italian or French as an additional asset
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to support others in their work
- X-Factor: A background or perspective that adds a twist to our team
