- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and clients
- Manage reception operations, including meeting room coordination, calls, emails, and internal mail distribution
- Support client meetings and internal/external client events as needed
- Ensure the reception area is well maintained, organized, and representative of the company
- Provide cash desk services, handling transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
- Manage cash holdings, security safe, and treasury-related activities, ensuring compliance and daily controls
- Assist with administrative tasks such as expense reporting and business travel arrangements
What are we looking for?
- Completed professional training in hospitality, services, or a comparable field, ideally within a high-end or financial services environment
- Several years of experience in reception, client-facing, or telephone services, preferably in an international banking or corporate setting
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Confident PC user with solid knowledge of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Highly service-oriented, reliable, and discreet, with a professional appearance and manner
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and precise approach to work
- Resilient team player with diplomatic skills, able to handle demanding clients and adapt flexibly across locations when required
