The data transmitted via the internet to Vontobel by means of this form is encrypted. Nevertheless, there is the possibility that unauthorized third parties can access the data transmitted by means of this form, in particular through malware on the computer. If you use this form for the transmission of confidential data (e. g. account number), you accept the risk of disclosure of the banking relationship and bank customer information to third parties and release Vontobel from any liability for damages resulting from the use of this form, insofar as this is permitted by law.
By providing your telephone number and/or e-mail address, you expressly consent to Vontobel contacting you by telephone and/or unsecured e-mail. The personal data you provide will be used and stored to process and deal with the complaint and to fulfil our contractual obligations in connection with the service you have chosen. On behalf of Vontobel, the personal data may also be processed by a person appointed by Vontobel, even outside of your location or a Vontobel location. In general, personal data will be processed and stored for the duration of our business relationship, but is in addition subject to various storage and documentation requirements. Finally, the storage period also depends on the statutory limitation periods.

Vontobel does not accept orders for business activities such as account openings, payment or stock exchange orders, revocation of orders or authorizations, blocking of credit cards, changes of address, etc. via this form. For such transactions, please contact the relevant office or your relationship manager/customer advisor.
